How to use

1. Fill the squeeze bottle with 240ml of distilled, micro-filtered or previously boiled and cooled water.
2. Empty one premixed sachet into the bottle and screw on the cap securely.
3. Shake to dissolve the contents.
4. Lean over a sink, insert the nozzle into one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle.
5. Allow the solution to drain from the opposite nostril or mouth. Repeat on the other side.
6. Clean the bottle and cap thoroughly after each use.
